Adam is the creative force behind Ents Group’s productions, bringing original concepts to life.
From initial ideas to the final curtain, he oversees the creative vision, music and production.

Rachel Hainsworth Brown
Rachel oversees the day-to-day operations, business development and strategic direction.
With a passion for live entertainment, she drives the company forward, building strong industry relationships.

Zoe Vivienne-Bird
Zoe keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
An incredibly talented performer herself, Zoe brings first-hand industry experience, creativity and a genuine passion for live entertainment to the team.

Natalie brings our productions to life through dynamic choreography, while also playing a key role in auditions, creative development and shoot days.
A valued member of the Ents Group team, her creativity, expertise and versatility make her an integral part of everything we do.

Samuel Friel
Sam is at the heart of our touring productions, managing everything from transporting equipment and installing our LED screens to running the technical side of each touring production.

Jessica Hutchinson
Capturing the magic both on stage and behind the scenes, she brings our productions to life across our social media channels.
Alongside her creative role, she supports dancer casting and talent recruitment, helping us discover the incredible performers who make our shows shine.

Victoria Winterburn
Victoria ensures performers are confident, rehearsed and ready to shine on stage.
From mentoring new dancers and guiding character portrayal and performance to overseeing show essentials, she plays a key role in keeping our productions running smoothly.
